- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆A smaller store, produce here is not so great. I had an interesting experience here. I had a trolley load of goods and all I could see were self serves open. Looking around for a checkout a team member directs me to a closed register, i approached the checkout expecting the usual snap back of "im closed!!" which sure enough was the response I got. I politely explained to the cashier i was directed here by your supervisor to which begrudgingly she moaned "ohhhh ok" and continued serving her customer. Once she finished with her customer she promptly signed out of her register and walked off. Perplexed I looked at another customer behind me thinking what's happening here and we waited about 3 mins until someone acknowledged we were waiting and were finally served. Hooray. Coles service at it's finest! Yes, prices are down but is so the service by the looks of it too. On a side note, if you leave a trolley unattended here expect to turn around and find it's rolled away making you chase after it to avoid smashing into a fellow shopper.
